A&B Homecare Solutions is seeking a dedicated Caregiver in Danbury to provide home-based care and companionship. You will support clients with daily activities, meals, hygiene, and routine reminders, while promoting safety and comfort in their homes.

Flexible full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts are available. The role offers weekly pay, paid orientation, and a benefits package designed to support caregivers and their families.

Qualifications

• Caregiver role in Danbury and surrounding areas.
• Availability for day or evening shifts, including weekends.
• Reliable transportation to clients' locations.
• Fluent in English; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship in clients' homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Support with bathing, dressing, meals, and reminders for medications.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Monitor well-being and communicate safety concerns.

• We're currently hiring caregivers in Danbury, New Milford, Brookfield, Bethel & surrounding areas
• Availability to work day or evening shifts, weekdays and/or weekends
• Reliable transportationto and from client's location
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
