Care Finders, Inc. is hiring caregivers in the Stamford area to provide one-on-one in-home care with compassion and reliability. Starting pay is $16.94 per hour, with opportunities to earn extra through the Caregiver Rewards Program and referral bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities and mobility as needed (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Help with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
• Respect diverse client personalities and maintain professionalism.
• Be a friendly face and steady presence.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily carelike bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed
• Respecting diverse client personalities, preferences, and behaviors while maintaining excellent communication and professionalism.
