• Member of the Massachusetts bar or eligible for admission shortly.
• At least three years of complex litigation experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and advocacy skills.
• Self-motivated with sound judgment and decision making.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in public-interest enforcement environment.
• Experience with fraud matters or False Claims Act is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle investigation and litigation of complex matters under the Massachusetts False Claims Act.
• Obtain documents and testimony via civil investigative demands, interview witnesses, analyze evidence, draft memoranda, and negotiate settlements.
• Manage pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial when applicable.
• Assess, investigate, and litigate sealed whistleblower or qui tam actions requiring collaboration with whistleblowers and counsel.
