Responsibilities

• Investigate and litigate complex matters under the Massachusetts False Claims Act.
• Obtain documents, take testimony, interview witnesses, analyze evidence, draft memoranda, and negotiate settlements.
• Handle pleadings, discovery, dispositive motions, and trial when applicable.
• Collaborate with whistleblower and their attorney on qui tam actions.
