• At least three years of complex litigation experience.

• Interest in public interest enforcement environment.
• Experience with fraud/False Claims Act preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle investigation and litigation of complex matters under the Massachusetts False Claims Act.
• Obtain documents and testimony via civil investigative demands, interview witnesses, and analyze evidence.
• Draft memoranda, negotiate settlements, and manage pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Litigate matters, including trials when applicable and supervise whistleblower actions.
