Paycom - ATS in AMP Lexington, KY seeks an AAC Consultant (Augmentative and Alternative Communication Consultant) / Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time role focused on sales and placements of Speech Generating Devices.

You will manage a territory, build referrals, train partners, coordinate device delivery, and track progress in Brightree/Sharepoint while complying with HIPAA requirements. MS/CCC-SLP preferred; travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• MS, CCC-SLP is strongly preferred; SLP-A will be considered.
• AAC devices and software knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Manage territory to reach revenue and service goals.
• Maintain rapport with referral sources and DME partners.
• Schedule and coordinate delivery of devices with partners and clinics.
• Train DME partners on equipment usage and setup.
• Follow up with patients to ensure proper use and generate referrals.
• Proactively contact major referral sources regularly.
