Job summary

Baxter Management, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an AAC Consultant (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) / Speech Language Pathologist to drive sales and placements for Speech Generating Devices. You will partner with clinicians, manage a sales territory, and coordinate device delivery and training.

Strong clinical credentials and sales aptitude are required, with travel up to 75%. Salary includes base plus commission and is commensurate with experience in a growth-focused healthcare technology

Qualifications

• MS, CCC-SLP (Clinical Certification) strongly preferred.
• SLP-A considered as alternative.
• Experience with AAC devices and software is required.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to achieve revenue and service goals.
• Maintain rapport with referral sources, clinics, DME partners.
• Coordinate processing and delivery of devices with partners and MDs.
• Train DME partners on equipment setup and use.
• Follow up with patients to ensure product understanding and referrals.
