Job summary

Elevation DME is seeking an AAC Consultant / Speech Language Pathologist to drive sales and placements of Speech Generating Devices. You will market to clinics, schools, and hospitals, demonstrate devices, and collaborate with SLPs and health professionals while complying with regulations.

The role requires travel and a blend of clinical expertise with business development. Your background should include MS, CCC-SLP or SLP-A, plus knowledge of AAC software and Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

• MS, CCC-SLP preferred; SLP-A considered.
• Experience with AAC devices and software.
• Sales aptitude and clinical background together are valued.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to reach revenue and service goals.
• Maintain rapport with referral sources and DME partners.
• Coordinate orders with DME partners, clinics and MDs.
• Schedule delivery of devices and ensure setup.
• Train DME partners on equipment use and delivery.
• Follow up with patients to ensure proper product understanding.
• Promote products to referral sources and maintain ongoing contact.
• Target clinics, schools, facilities, hospitals, and agencies.
• Be available to referral sources and travel as needed.
• Assist in training new AAC Consultants as the company grows.
• Report on spreadsheets and document referral management.
