Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an AAC Consultant / Speech Language Pathologist to drive sales and placements of Speech Generating Devices. The role focuses on marketing, in-services, demos, and evaluations with SLPs and health professionals, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

The successful candidate will manage a territory, train DME partners, coordinate device delivery, and maintain strong referral relationships to maximize revenue and quality patient care.

Qualifications

• MS, CCC-SLP is strongly preferred; SLP-A will be considered.
• Clinical experience with AAC devices and software.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and sales ability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory to meet revenue and service goals.
• Maintain rapport with referral sources and clinics.
• Coordinate orders with DME partners and MDs.
• Schedule delivery and setup of devices.
• Train DME partners on equipment usage.
• Follow up with patients to ensure product understanding.
• Promote products to referral sources and document in systems.
