Spring Branch Independent School District is seeking a Special Education: AABLE Classroom Specialist (Academic & Applied Behavior Learning Environment) to assist students with significant disabilities under direct supervision of a SPED teacher.

The role emphasizes instructional support, data collection, and collaboration with the SPED team to implement IEPs and behavior plans in a classroom setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 48 college hours or high school diploma/equivalent plus pass a District Assessment.
• Educational Aide Certification.
• Must obtain Mandt Training Certification.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to TEA and district policies.
• Assist in instructional program under supervision of SPED teacher.
• Create instructional materials/visual schedules as needed.
• Collect data and documentation to support data-driven job training decisions.
