Qualifications

• 2 years minimum experience in Aviation Production or equivalent.
• 5+ years minimum experience in Aviation Production.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Flexibility to work day or night shift.

Responsibilities

• Install A220 cabin components including seats, sidewalls, carpet, cargo, lavatories.
• Wire harness routing, installation and electrical component installation in cabin.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost and schedule adherence on the final assembly line.
• Coach and mentor teammates and support new processes and safety initiatives.
