Job summary

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operate, and break down AV equipment per AV calendar; finish tasks on time or early
• Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Maintain positive relationships with IT, CLE Operations, LM stakeholders, and guests
• Monitor events; engage clients via Meet-and-Greets, check-ins, and impromptu meetings
• Escalate operational questions/concerns to the CLE IT Operations Supervisor
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment reliable

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5yr experience installing & troubleshooting Digital Media, Bi‑Amp, Extron, Crestron
• Minimum 1yr troubleshooting AV/VC in a large enterprise

What Sets You Apart:

• Strong knowledge of videoconferencing standards (Teams, Zoom, Cisco) and IT/telecom/electrical specs
• Proficient with MSOffice
• Hands‑on with Crestron, Bi‑Amp, AnalogWay, Digital Projection, ION, Extron, Shure
• Understanding of IP wired/wireless networks and IT protocols (TCP/IP, network services)
• Excellent written & verbal communication; strong guest‑relations skills
• Ability to deliver 4‑diamond service, adapt quickly to changing requests, and make solid decisions under pressure (executive‑level events)

Additional Information:

• Ability to lift/push/pull≥50lb; stand, stoop, or sit for extended periods
