Jobot Consulting is seeking a dynamic Consulting AV Technician to join our growing team. You will be the onsite point person for AV questions, supporting installs for enterprise clients and ensuring seamless integration with IT systems.

The role emphasizes IT/AV expertise, strong communication, and project management to lead AV projects from initial consultation through installation and post-install support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/AV roles.
• Strong knowledge of AV configuration and integration.
• Excellent communication skills for non-technical staff and clients.
• Certifications in AV technologies or project management are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AV equipment including video conferencing, projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and digital mixers.
• Regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment.
• Design and implement AV solutions tailored to client needs.
• Provide consulting on selection, installation, and use of AV equipment.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure AV integration with IT infrastructure.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with latest AV technologies and trends.
• Manage all aspects of AV projects from consultation to post-installation support.

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Consulting AV Technician to join our team in the Entertainment industry. This role involves providing comprehensive AV technical support, consulting, and integration services to our team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and AV technologies, with a focus on AV configuration and integration. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for AV equipment including, but not limited to, video conferencing systems, projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and digital mixers.
2. Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
3. Design and implement AV solutions tailored to the needs of our clients, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
4. Provide consulting services to clients on the selection, installation, and use of AV equipment.
5. Collaborate with the IT department to ensure AV systems are integrated with the company's IT infrastructure.
6. Conduct training sessions for staff and clients on the use of AV equipment and systems.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide the most effective solutions to our clients.
8. Manage all aspects of AV projects, from initial consultation to installation and post-installation support.

Qualifications

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Technician, AV Technician, or in a similar role.
2. In-depth knowledge of AV configuration and integration.
3. Strong technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV issues quickly and efficiently.
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AV concepts to non-technical staff and clients.
5. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple AV projects simultaneously.
6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex AV challenges.
8. A degree in a related field, such as IT or engineering, is preferred.
9. Certifications in AV technologies or project management will be an added advantage.
