Job summary

Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel in Kentucky is seeking an IT Technician-NonEx to support A/V and IT operations across the property. You will handle AV systems, networked devices, and front/back-office applications, with occasional on-site events.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IT/AV, knowledge of QSC/Dante/Shure, strong problem-solving, and excellent guest service. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays and to obtain a Kentucky gaming license are required.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in IT/AV or related support role with hands-on AV experience.
• Experience with commercial AV tech such as QSC, Dante, Shure, BrightSign.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Eligible to obtain Kentucky gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems across the property.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve AV hardware/software issues.
• Provide AV support for meetings, events, and conferences.
• Assist IT with computer, printer, and network equipment support.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Standby for nights, weekends, holidays as required.
• Assist with server-based systems and telecom.
