Job summary

Churchill Downs is seeking an IT Technician-Non to support Audio/Video systems and general IT across Oak Grove properties in Kentucky. You will troubleshoot AV hardware, configure basic networks, and assist with computer and telecom support for meetings, events, and daily operations.

The role requires hands-on AV experience, strong problem-solving, and willingness to work weekends or night shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in IT/AV or related support role with hands-on AV experience.
• Experience with commercial AV tech such as QSC, Dante, Shure, BrightSign, Rockbot encouraged.
• Degree in a related field preferred; gaming license eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, operate, and troubleshoot AV systems across the property.
• Provide AV support for meetings, events, and entertainment.
• Assist IT on computers, printers, phones, and networked devices.
• Install and troubleshoot approved software and web apps; document tech procedures.
