Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; professional level experience acceptable.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver's license required.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues in learning environments.
- Respond to customer requests via ticketing and phone systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of instructional technology equipment.
- Assist in installation/configuration of hardware and software in classrooms and labs.
- Test equipment for functionality and compatibility with existing systems.
- Provide training sessions or one-on-one support to faculty and staff.
