Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning required.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive per Fleet Safety Policy.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve A/V issues in various learning environments.
• Respond to customer requests via ticketing and phone systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair of instructional technology equipment.
