Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking a highly skilled FAA-certified mechanic to service Learjet 60 aircraft across 34 U.S. city bases. You’ll join a well-established Part 135 operator with direct hire, full-time employment. Expect top-tier pay and wide travel opportunities, with housing and travel logistics handled by the company. This role offers a dynamic, field-based schedule fitting a nationwide program.

Qualifications

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings is required.
• 6+ years of experience meeting 14 CFR Part 65.83 requirements.
• Experience with Learjet airframes and PW305A engines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on Learjet 60 aircraft.
• Complete all work according to manufacturer manuals and FAA-accepted or approved data.
• Follow FARs, company procedures (GPM), and the FAA-approved CAMO.
• Read and interpret aircraft technical manuals and electrical drawings.
• Move aircraft in hangar and on ramp, including tow-tractor operation.
• Join weekly maintenance meetings with Director of Maintenance.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
