Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled A&P mechanic for a full-time, direct-hire role maintaining Learjet 60 aircraft. Work from a home base with travel to 34 major U.S. airport cities; we fly you to the work. Compensation includes starting at $60/hr, with $70/hr for leads, and overtime is readily available.

Expect 10–12 hour days in a fast-paced environment; schedule varies by location. 34-city mobility and ownership from day one contribute to a unique, hands-on maintenance career.

Qualifications

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with A&P ratings required.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience meeting 14 CFR Part 65.83.
• Experience with Learjet airframes and PW305A engines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on Learjet 60 aircraft.
• Read and interpret aircraft manuals and electrical drawings.
• Move aircraft in the hangar and on the ramp, including tow-tractor operation.
• Join weekly maintenance meetings with the Director of Maintenance to review progress.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area.
