Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking a skilled aircraft mechanic for a full-time, direct-hire role supporting Learjet 60 maintenance. The position offers pay from $60/hr to $70/hr, with a $5/hr premium for leads based in El Paso, TX or Titusville, FL, and overtime is readily available. Home base can be any of 34 major U.S.

airport cities, with travel fully covered. Expect 10–12 hour days in a fast-paced environment, with work performed on Learjet 60 aircraft in accordance with FAA and

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Learjet 60 aircraft is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturer manuals and FAA data.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on Learjet 60 aircraft
• Complete all work according to manufacturer manuals and FAA-accepted or approved data
• Follow applicable FARs, company procedures, and the FAA-approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program
• Read and interpret aircraft technical manuals and electrical drawings
• Move aircraft in the hangar and on the ramp, including tow-tractor operation
• Join weekly maintenance meetings to review project progress and resolve issues with the Director of Maintenance
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Expect 10–12 hour days in a fast-paced environment
