Job summary

Total Aviation Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced FAA A&P technician to maintain a Learjet 60 fleet. You may live in any of 34 major U.S. airport cities; we fly you to the work for a full-time, direct-hire role.

Expect 10–12 hour days in a fast-paced environment, with top-tier pay and strong safety standards. You will troubleshoot, repair, and service Learjet aircraft, following manufacturer manuals, FARs, and FAA-approved maintenance programs, collaborating with the Director of Maintenance

Qualifications

• FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) required.
• 6+ years of experience meeting 14 CFR Part 65.83 requirements.
• Experience with Learjet airframes and PW305A engines.

Responsibilities

• Perform line and heavy maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs on Learjet 60 aircraft.
• Complete all work according to manufacturer manuals and FAA-accepted data.
• Follow FARs, company procedures (GPM), and FAA-approved maintenance programs.
• Read and interpret aircraft technical manuals and electrical drawings.
• Move aircraft in hangar and on ramp, including tow-tractor operation.
• Join weekly maintenance meetings to review progress with the Director of Maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
