Job summary

King Aerospace seeks an Aircraft Mechanic to service, repair and modify aircraft structures, engines, hydraulics and fuel systems. The role requires a valid FAA A&P license and at least five years of maintenance experience. You will read OEM manuals and perform engine testing, with focus on safety and compliance.

Expect to work under minimal supervision, maintain thorough maintenance documentation, and support younger mechanics as directed. A Secret clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of aircraft maintenance experience required.
• FAA Airframe & Powerplant license required.
• Five years of licensed A&P experience including Boeing 737NG MPD tasks.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, replace, and modify aircraft structures and components.
• Interpret OEM manuals, SBs and directives to determine maintenance requirements.
• Inspect engines, turbines and components for damage and leaks.
• Maintain documentation per FAA and King Aerospace standards.
• Adhere to safety rules and wear required PPE.
