Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Aircraft Mechanic to perform hands-on maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and component replacement on Boeing 737 aircraft. Duties include disassembly, rework, and documentation in FAA-compliant logs.

The role requires 2 years of A&P experience and familiarity with 737 aircraft, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance. Collaborative maintenance work and varied weather conditions are expected.

Qualifications

2 years of A&P experience.
Experience working on Boeing 737 aircraft.
Equipped and shadowed toolbox.
Technically proficient in aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, disassembly, repair, and reassembly per specs, engineering instructions, and FAA rules.
Conduct inspections to identify wear or damage and complete corrective work.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and aircraft system issues using approved diagnostics.
Maintain Boeing 737 aircraft and related components.
Follow maintenance manuals, orders, schematics, and engineering docs.
Document maintenance activities accurately in logs and records.
Conduct flightline operations, inspections, and repairs in varied conditions.
Keep tools, materials, and equipment accountable.
Adhere to safety, quality, regulatory, and FOD prevention requirements.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, inspectors, and team.
