Job summary

FEAM Aero seeks a skilled aircraft maintenance technician to perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, dismantle and reassemble engines, install electrical circuits, and test avionics and systems. You will conduct preflight inspections, maintain detailed maintenance records, and supervise assembly of critical aircraft components.

The role requires an FAA A&P license, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Current FAA A&P License.
• Experience in analyzing and developing troubleshooting plans.
• Boeing 777/787/747 and/or Airbus A350 training may be required.
• 18+ months of practical experience as a licensed A&P.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, both scheduled and emergency.
• Dismantle, inspect, test, repair and reassemble aircraft engines.
• Install electrical circuits; test comms and instrumentation systems.
• Replace and test oxygen system components; assemble frames.
• Conduct preflight inspections; maintain records of maintenance.
• Supervise assembly of aircraft systems and engines; test flights.
• Investigate problems and report to supervisor; ensure safe procedures.
