AerSale is seeking an A&P Maintenance Supervisor in Goodyear, AZ. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, monitors safety compliance, and coordinates with Project Managers and Planning to align schedules and budgets for aircraft work packages.

Ideal candidates hold an A&P license, a related aviation degree or experience, and strong communication skills. Applicants should be prepared to manage budgets and contribute to process improvements within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A&P license required and must be current.
• 5+ years as aircraft mechanic with progression of responsibilities or prior production supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; aviation-specific education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and performance of crew; approve weekly work records.
• Evaluate vacation requests against manpower and adjust schedules.
• Promote safety per Company safety manual; ensure compliance with PM and FAA regulations.
