Job summary

The role supports a 24/7 operation with varied shifts, overseeing production flow, coordinating with departments, tracking hours, and delivering timely, within-budget results while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards.

Qualifications

• A&P Lead with applicable certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, especially in lead roles.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply technical data and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance production flow and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper workflow and project completion.
• Review project scope, requirements, and budget constraints; provide status updates.
• Allocate billable hours and estimate non-routine tasks with customer approval.
• Monitor progress to keep projects within budget and schedule.
• Promote safety, proper tagging, and housekeeping in the work area.
