Job summary

AerSale, Inc. is seeking an A&P Mechanic in Goodyear, AZ to service, repair, troubleshoot and overhaul aircraft and engines, ensuring airworthiness.

The role involves repairing, replacing, and rebuilding components and documenting work performed with FAA data. Ideal candidates will have an A&P license, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts on a safety-sensitive DOT-regulated site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have an Airframe & Power Plant (A&P) License.
• Minimum 3–5 years of recent A&P experience.
• Large commercial aircraft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, troubleshoot, and overhaul aircraft and engines to ensure airworthiness.
• Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, systems, and components.
• Assemble and install electrical, plumbing, mechanical, hydraulic and structural components.
• Document maintenance on required forms and ensure compliance with FAA data.
