Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services Corp. seeks an experienced A&P Lead to oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and components. The role supports 24/7 operations across shifts, with overtime and holiday work as needed. You will drive safety, flow, and budget adherence while mentoring teams.

Requirements include a valid A&P license and 5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in leadership. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; Marana, AZ and Tucson locations may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must carry a valid A&P License.
• Minimum 5 years in aircraft maintenance, preferably with lead experience.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English with instruction follow-through.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of IPM and FAR requirements.
• Oversee maintenance flow; ensure on-schedule completion within scope.
• Coordinate with departments for proper workflow and sequencing.
• Review scope, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Provide daily status updates to Project Manager.
• Allocate billable hours and estimate hours for non-routine tasks.
