Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced computer skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft drawings/blueprints.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor attendance and performance, approve weekly records.
• Coordinate shift assignments and handoffs for smooth transitions.
• Maintain budgets and ensure FAA/Company safety guidelines.
• Lead issue resolution and continuous improvement with PMs.
