Job summary

Qualifications

• FAA A&P certification required.
• 7+ years in aircraft maintenance with 3+ years in lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.
• Experience troubleshooting complex aircraft systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and perform detailed inspections, maintenance, and repairs on engines, avionics, hydraulics, and structure.
• Supervise and mentor a team of aircraft technicians to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure FAA compliance and company policy adherence.
• Develop maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize aircraft availability.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical malfunctions using diagnostic tools and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records per regulatory and company requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering to address technical challenges and implement improvements.
