Job summary

Ascent Aviation Services Corp. is seeking an A&P Lead for the 2nd shift in Marana, AZ. This role oversees maintenance, repair and overhaul of aircraft components, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope.

You will drive safety, manage production flow, coordinate with departments, and provide daily progress updates to the project manager. Experience leading teams and strong knowledge of FAR/IPM is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid A&P license.
• Minimum of 5 years aircraft maintenance experience; lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance production flow to ensure on-time, in-scope project delivery.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper workflow and project completion.
• Review project scope, requirements, and budget constraints.
• Provide daily status updates to Project Manager and address concerns.
• Delegate tasks while maintaining responsibility for project completion.
• Ensure safety standards and regulations are enforced in the work area.
