• Reviews production schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements; adjusts procedures for efficiency.
• Interprets maintenance manuals and service bulletins to determine repair methods.
• Monitors performance, coaches staff, conducts appraisals, and ensures safety compliance.
• Ensures paperwork is complete and accurate; coordinates with other departments.
