Responsibilities include coordinating with all departments to maximize resources and guaranteeing compliance with FAA CFR Part 145. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• A&P License.
• 5 years Heavy Aircraft Maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, structural, and avionics maintenance.
• Ability to plan and organize workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; crisis management.
• FAA CFR Part 145 repair station knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor assigned personnel and manage workload.
• Perform and recommend hiring, scheduling, discipline, and termination actions.
• Ensure work meets customer satisfaction within budget and FAA CFR Part 145 rules.
• Coordinate with all departments to maximize resource utilization.
