Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts payable including vendor bills and payments
• Review invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Prepare vendor payments for review and approval
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts
• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and balances
• Manage accounts receivable and monitor customer balances
• Contact customers regarding past-due balances
• Apply and reconcile customer payments accurately
