Job summary

Accenture’s US Aerospace & Defense practice seeks a senior consultant to drive operating model and supply chain initiatives for defense clients. You will apply AI, IoT and PLM capabilities to transform product development, manufacturing and supply chains across programs.

Expect to lead teams of 5–100, coach colleagues, and support client sales origination while traveling up to 100% as needed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience working on Aerospace & Defense supply chain, engineering, or manufacturing improvement initiatives.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience related to new technology (Digital Thread / Twin, PLM, Robotic Process Automation, IoT, Machine Learning, AI, Blockchain, etc.).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an external consulting role.

Responsibilities

• Develop operating model strategy for supply chain, engineering, and manufacturing functions within Aerospace & Defense.
• Design network and digital factory strategies, including PLM, MES/MOM, and Industry 4.0 components.
• Lead diverse teams (5–100) and coach stakeholders, while supporting sales origination and thought leadership.
