Job summary

PoliLam is seeking a Specifications Sales Representative in Houston to lead A&D engagement and drive product specifications through architecture and design firms, contractors, and distributors. You will educate, present, promote collections, and coordinate with internal and distributor teams to convert specifications into orders.

The role requires 3–5+ years in A&D sales, strong presentation skills, and existing A&D relationships.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in A&D sales or related surfaces industry.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with A&D audiences.
• Existing relationships within architecture and design firms.

Responsibilities

• Engage A&D and clients with in-person presentations, Lunch & Learns, trainings and demos.
• Drive product specifications on commercial projects from design concept to order.
• Develop new opportunities in A&D/construction ecosystems and report KPIs.
• Explain features and specifications to designers and fabricators; stay current on market trends.
