Job summary

Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. is seeking an Architectural & Design Specification Salesperson for the Dallas, TX area.

This home-based role requires regular travel throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to engage architects, interior designers, and design professionals with Lutron window systems and lighting solutions. You will educate stakeholders on product benefits, build lasting relationships, and act as a technical expert to influence project specifications and close opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in commercial architectural specification sales is preferred.
• Must be able to travel throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with architects, interior designers, and stakeholders to showcase Lutron solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships to influence design specifications and projects.
• Educate and advocate on the advantages of Lutron products for design specs.
• Collaborate with team members, rep agents, dealers, and partners to ensure project specifications.
• Establish yourself as a technical expert on Lutron products for specification customers.
• Close projects by delivering excellent sales service and support.
