Qualifications

• Generate, qualify, and mature new business opportunities contributing to bookings, design wins, and revenue growth.
• Develop and execute customer engagement strategies across aerospace, defense, space, and national security markets.
• Build trusted executive-level relationships positioning the company as a strategic semiconductor partner.
• Lead opportunity development from initial engagement through award, production, and long-term growth.
• Identify emerging customer requirements and convert them into actionable growth opportunities.
• Support strategic account planning and capture activities with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering.
