Job summary

Future Electronics seeks an Aerospace & Defense Inside Sales Representative to develop and manage OEM and government contractor relationships within aerospace, defense, space, and military markets. You will drive revenue through proactive sales, quotations, and contract compliance, while leveraging knowledge of electronic components distribution.

The ideal candidate has inside sales or account management experience in A&D, understands datasheets and regulatory requirements, and can manage

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in inside sales, account management, or customer service in Aerospace & Defense.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
• Experience in electronic components distribution with authorized distributors preferred.
• Understanding of components including semiconductors, passives, connectors, power solutions, embedded systems, RF/wireless.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, AS9100, counterfeit avoidance, and government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Aerospace & Defense accounts, identify new business opportunities, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers across purchasing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, AS9100 and related regulations in all transactions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, product managers, procurement, and operations to secure inventory and mitigate shortages.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
