Job summary

Future Electronics, a global leader in electronics distribution, seeks an Aerospace & Defense Inside Sales Representative in Florida. You will build OEM and government contractor relationships, manage pricing, quotes, and contracts, and drive growth in the A&D market.

You will navigate ITAR/EAR/DFARS, coordinate with supply chain teams, and maintain CRM data while pursuing new opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, account management, or customer service in Aerospace & Defense.
• Experience with electronic components distribution is preferred.
• Familiarity with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, AS9100 and government procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Aerospace & Defense accounts, identify new business opportunities and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, coordinating with purchasing, engineering, and operations.
• Prepare RFQs, quotations, and pricing proposals; negotiate terms within guidelines.
• Ensure transactions comply with ITAR, EAR, DFARS, AS9100 and related regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and product teams to secure inventory and manage lead times.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver regular sales forecasts and updates.
