Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an A&D Representative to maintain and grow relationships with designers, architects, and builders in a defined territory. You will represent the full range of CR products and lead account planning to meet customer needs and drive profitable sales.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 10+ years in sales/marketing, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 50% regionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years sales/marketing track record required.
• Building materials knowledge preferred.
• Detail-oriented with hunter mentality in strategic sales.
• Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
• Willing to travel 50% regionally.

Responsibilities

• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Coordinates involvement of company personnel to meet account objectives and expectations.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Leads a joint company account planning process with mutual performance objectives and milestones.
• Assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Develops a sales action plan to service high-potential accounts and expand designer/architect/builder relationships.
• Participates in local professional organizations aligned with CR's tactics.
• Plans and implements CR product introductions in showrooms and account locations.
