Job summary

PhysicsX, a deep-tech AI-driven simulation company, seeks a Delivery Engineer in New York to lead business development with aerospace and defense leaders and to own commercial outcomes and delivery results.

You will drive opportunities, shape go-to-market, lead proposals, and manage enterprise delivery teams, building strategic relationships and guiding product feedback to evolve the PX Platform. The role blends strategy and execution, with travel 1-2 weeks per month.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in A&D in commercial, product, program, or engineering roles.
• Ability to lead conversations with chief engineers and vice presidents.
• Hands-on ML and data science depth to scope work with technical experts.
• Strong communication and self-direction in cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development across A&D and qualify opportunities.
• Shape A&D go-to-market strategy with events, references and capabilities.
• Lead initial proposal and discovery conversations with senior engineering/manufacturing/program leaders.
• Lead proposal development and scoping in partnership with commercial stakeholders.
• Own delivery projects at enterprise customers, coordinating teams and focusing on outcomes.
• Maintain strategic relationships and develop account plans to drive retention and footprint expansion.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback for the PX Platform.
• Maintain a visible presence at major A&D industry events; travel 1–2 weeks per month.
