Job summary

Roboze is expanding its team in El Segundo, California, and seeks an Application Engineer to support Aerospace & Defense customers with advanced polymers and high-performance materials. You will visit on-site, develop tailored 3D-printed solutions, and lead projects across the A&D sector.

The role requires strong CAD modeling skills, a technical background in aerospace/defense or related materials, and the ability to travel up to 50% across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree.
• Experience in a technical field; Aerospace, Defense, or advanced materials background is a strong plus.
• Solid business acumen and project management capabilities.
• Positive, energetic personality in technical conversations with customers.
• Strong proficiency with CAD modeling software.
• Familiarity with 3D printing, additive processes, or high-performance polymers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit A&D customers on-site and deliver expert technical support.
• Develop applications and 3D-printed solutions tailored to aerospace and defense requirements.
• Lead high-impact projects across your assigned industry segment.
• Gather technical feedback to drive adoption, improve performance, and validate feasibility.
• Support the creation of technical content, application notes, and case studies.
