Job summary

Roboze in Houston, TX, is seeking a Senior Application Engineer & Customer Success to be a trusted technical partner for customers adopting Roboze technologies. You will work with customers and internal teams to identify high-value applications, assess feasibility, and develop additive manufacturing solutions for production environments.

From the U.S. Center of Excellence, you will lead trials, guide design for additive manufacturing, and drive customer adoption across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Application Engineering or similar customer-facing role.
• Experience with CAD modeling and evaluating design for additive manufacturing.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical partner to customers adopting Roboze technologies.
• Identify high-value applications for additive manufacturing and assess feasibility.
• Develop and validate AM solutions and support integration into production.
• Lead technical trials, demonstrations, and customer validations.
• Collaborate with Sales, BD, Marketing, Production, and Digital Manufacturing teams.
• Travel up to 50% across the United States.
