Job summary

GracoRoberts is seeking an Application Development Engineer (ADE) to support the Eastern US in a customer-facing, growth-oriented role. You will blend technical expertise with business development to qualify and implement innovative resin solutions for aerospace customers.

The ADE will work with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to advance applications, queue opportunities, and drive profitable growth while managing a dynamic sales pipeline in a high-tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
5+ years in composite materials, process technology, or technical sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategy to hit sales goals and expand market share.
Build relationships with engineers, program managers, manufacturing leaders, and procurement teams to uncover opportunities.
Lead formulation, qualification, and application-development projects from concept to commercialization.
Coordinate internal resources to deliver samples, technical data, pricing proposals, and solutions.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide territory assessments and market intelligence.
Collaborate with formulation and technical teams to identify emerging customer and industry needs.
Promote resin pre-blending, toll manufacturing, formulation development, and packaging improvements.
