Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess a typing speed of 40 WPM and able to type accurately.
• Experience using a personal computer is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer all emergency and non-emergency calls for law enforcement, fire and EMS within the county.
• Enter initial information, dispatch proper personnel and monitor progress.
• Maintain radio contact and ensure responder safety across agencies.
