This position involves supervising the receipt and processing of 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency calls and the dispatch and coordination of Police, Fire, and EMS personnel and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the work of an assigned shift in the ECC.
• Supervise receipt and processing of 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency calls and the dispatch/coordination of Police, Fire, and EMS personnel and equipment.
• Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries and resolving problems raised by staff and other customers.
• Collaborate with Police and Fire supervisory personnel, other County agencies, and regional public safety partners to coordinate operations.
