Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Criminal Justice, Public Administration, or related field
• Five years of emergency communications experience, with leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of 911 system operations and CAD systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Supervises Communications Supervisors and Technicians.
• Oversees shift operations and staffing, and staff development.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation requirements and records management.
• Maintains relationships with partner agencies and PSAPs.
• Coordinates training, certification records, and staff performance evaluations.
