The City of Dublin is seeking a dedicated 911 dispatcher to join the Northwest Regional Emergency Communications Center. You will receive, prioritize, and dispatch requests for law enforcement, fire, medical resources and coordinate with partner agencies.

This role requires excellent communication under stress and adherence to core values. Shifts include mornings, afternoons and overnights with regular overtime; eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED and state/county certifications.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some experience as a Communications Technician or related field preferred.
• US citizen or permanent resident.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Operate multi-channel radio system to dispatch requests for law enforcement, fire, medical, and other emergency resources.
• Coordinate backup support and provide timely information to responders.
• Receive, verify locations, prioritize, and log incident data and requests.
