Puget Sound Home Health & Hospice is hiring a full-time Hospice RN After Hours to cover Thurston, Grays Harbor and Mason counties. The role operates on a 7 on/7 off schedule (evenings through early mornings) providing autonomous, high‑impact hospice care.

Required are WA RN license, hospice experience, and BLS. A reliable vehicle and the ability to work independently during night hours are essential, with compensation ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, DOE.

Qualifications

• Washington State RN license required.
• Hospice agency experience required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Deliver after-hours hospice nursing visits and urgent care as scheduled.
• Perform in-person visits; assess and manage pain and symptoms.
• Educate patients and families on hospice care and meds.
• Document assessments and interventions promptly and accurately.
• Maintain communication with the IDT for continuity of care.
